Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 October 2026. Autonome is committed to protecting personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Scope & Application
This Privacy Policy describes how Autonome (“we”, “us”) manages personal information collected through our public website (autonome.com.au) and during business communications. Terms governing dedicated customer deployments of Autonome OS are established under separate written agreements.
2. Website Data & Analytics
This website does not use tracking pixels, marketing cookies or fingerprinting scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard network request metadata strictly to route traffic, block automated spam, and keep the site running.
3. Communications & Inquiries
When you contact us via email at alister@autonome.com.au, we keep your contact details and correspondence solely to reply to you, deliver requested work, and maintain normal business records. We never sell or rent your contact information to anyone.
3a. Trial requests
When you request a trial at autonome.com.au/trial, we store your name, email, company and note on Cloudflare and in a private notification so Alister can review and approve your request. We store a one-way scrambled check of your network address for 24 hours only to stop spam bots, never the address itself. Ask us at alister@autonome.com.au any time to delete your trial request or trial workspace data.
4. Customer Workspaces
When we set up a dedicated Autonome OS workspace for your business, it runs in your own account and keeps personal user mail separate from shared company folders.
5. Access, Corrections & Questions
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask to see or correct any personal information we hold about you by emailing alister@autonome.com.au. If you ever have an unresolved concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
